1. A 20% cancellation charge will be deducted from the purchase price for customers who request a refund or return within seven (7) days of the date of the original invoice. Requests made more than seven (7) days later won't be considered. In the event that the product has already been delivered and used by the consumers, AGEDCARE maintains the right to refuse the item for return and reimbursement.
2. Customers are entitled to a full refund if they request it the same day (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and the item has not been assembled or delivered.
3. Ten (10) days after the completion of delivery, consumers must bring the returned items in. Customers who want AGEDCARE to pick them up will be charged a pick-up fee of RM200 for inside the Klang Valley and RM350 for beyond the Klang Valley.
4. Returned items must have all of the accessories that came with them and be in their original, unused state, which is clean, undamaged, unscratched, and unmarked. If the requirements are not completed, AGEDCARE maintains the right to reject the returned item and refuse any refunds or exchanges.
5. Items like toilet chairs, toilet wheelchairs, and shower chairs that must come into touch with body fluids are expressly ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for hygienic reasons.
6. Refund reimbursements will only be authorised if the requirements are satisfied and will be issued by bank transfer to the buyer's bank account within ten (10) working days.
